2024 Fee Schedule for International students
Families wishing to spread school fee payments over a period of time can apply for an Edstart payment plan. You can reduce your repayment amounts with an extended plan over multiple years, up to five years after graduation.

Uniform Fittings
Uniform items are available only from the College Uniform Shop which operates on the following days during term-time:
- Monday 8am to 11.45am
- Wednesday 12pm to 3.45pm
- Friday 8am to 11.45am
Appointments must be made to secure a fitting time. Please telephone College Reception on 4688 2700 and select 1 for Stephen Street Campus to make an appointment. Fittings take between 30 to 45 minutes.
The Shop is located on Stephen Street Campus. All uniform items are available for purchase with the exception of shoes and stockings.
Purchase Methods
- Attend during opening hours.
- Email orders to Uniform Shop: clcshop@concordia.qld.edu.au
- Students can make purchases using cash, smart card, cheques or credit card.
Uniform Guide and Price List
Book Lists
Book lists are available to purchase from the Browns Office Choice website. To select your booklists, choose either Junior (P-6), Middle (7-10) or Senior (11-12) and then select Concordia.
Computers
Students in the Junior College utilise class sets of computers for their schoolwork when necessary.
At Stephen Street Campus, a BYOD program is in place. Under this program, students in Years 7 to 12 may use a computer of their choice that aligns with our organisational specifications. View the BYOD Handbook.

College App
Please download the Concordia Lutheran College app to access all the important notices and announcements made by the College. Download Apple or Android.
Parent Lounge Web Portal
The Parent Lounge web portal has been introduced to give parents an opportunity to access their personal details and those of their student/s online. You will require your five-digit parent code to access Parent Lounge. Access Parent Lounge.

Instrumental Music
Instrumental music tuition is available to all students at the College on an individual lesson basis. Every student wishing to undertake music instruction must complete the CLC Music Tuition Contract 2024 form at the beginning of each year.
