2. Tour Toowoomba Campuses
In choosing a school, one of the best ways to get a real sense of the place is to meet the students and teachers and hear what they have to say. We would love you to visit and get to know us. Simply phone to arrange a suitable time 07 4688 2700 (+61 7 4688 2700 outside Australia).
We will welcome and tour you at any of our three Toowoomba campuses. Book Campus Tour » Alternatively come to an Open Day and see a wide variety of activities taking place across all year levels from Kindergarten to Year 12.
3. Complete Application for Enrolment Form
To apply for enrolment, please complete a printed copy of the Application for Enrolment form and return to the College with the $75 Application Fee.
4. Arrange an interview
An interview with the Head of College or his delegate is a key step in the Enrolment process. It’s important that both parents and the child attend this interview. This gives an opportunity to share information in order to find out how Concordia Lutheran College can cater for the abilities or your child and provide him or her with a wide variety of educational opportunities and support.
5. Receive an offer of a place
Following the interview, an offer of a place at Concordia Lutheran College may be made by the Head of College, provided a vacancy exists and he is satisfied that your child has met the enrolment criteria outlined in our Enrolment Policy. The College will also need to determine how best it can commit resources in order to provide for your child’s specific needs if required.
6. Complete the Enrolment Contract
Acceptance of the Enrolment Contract and payment of a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $350 per student and a Boarding Bond of $300 for boarders will complete the process. Refer to the 2013 College Fee Schedule (250KB PDF).
A Student Information and Medical History form will also be forwarded for completion and return to the College.
7. Attend orientation
An Orientation Day takes place in early November each year. Students enrolled for the following year may spend time becoming familiar with their peers, teachers and staff. This is an exciting opportunity to become connected with their new community.
