Wednesday 01 Dec

Concordia Lutheran College is celebrating a significant milestone with the 75th anniversary celebrations taking place in 2021. Concordia first opened its doors as a boarding school in Toowoomba in February 1946.

The College is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a major event taking place on the College grounds on Saturday 4 September 2021.

Past and present students, staff, parents and supporters of the College are invited to attend this very special event that will have something for the whole family.

"This is a great opportunity for Concordia to reconnect with past Concordian students and staff," said Concordia's Head of College Mr Anton Prinsloo.

"We have delayed our celebrations until later in the year due to COVID-19 restrictions and look forward to having an event that celebrates Concordia's wonderful history," he said.

Concordia's Old Scholars are encouraged to join the Facebook group where memories from years gone by are being shared every day. Old Scholars are encouraged to submit their old photos from their Concordia years to the Marketing department to share on the Facebook page.

Old Scholars are also encouraged to update their details with the College so they can be contacted via email for updates about the celebrations taking place this year and into the future as significant milestones for various year levels are reached.
