Equipment

  • Stopwatch
  • Water bottle
  • Hat (if outside)
  • Towel 
  • Skipping rope or exercise bench

Circuit

Lower Body: Sumo Squat x 10

Upper Body: Plank Up Downs x10

Single Leg: Alternating Jump Lunges x 10 each side

Abs: Scissor Kicks x 30 Sec

Cardio: Jump rope or bench hops x 30 sec
