Holiday Chess Clinic
A Chess Clinic/Camp will take place on Wednesday, December 3rd, and Thursday, December 4th, 2025, from 9 AM to 3 PM each day. This is a great chance for your child(ren) to receive professional chess coaching.
Participants will be divided by age and skill level, focusing on opening theory, tactics, endgames, planning, pattern recognition, and more, with practice games included.
Hosted by local coaches Les Lord and Ben Peach, both experienced and former chess champions, the camp is open to all primary and secondary school students in the Toowoomba district. The cost is $150. Please click HERE for more details.

Music Performance end of Year celebration
The Music Performance students from Grade 5-12 wrapped up the year with one final showdown in the form of bowling and laser tag. It was yet another successful cross campus social event, and it was fantastic to see some of the graduated Year 12s return to battle it out with the younger students. Here's to another great year of music and fun!!
Junior Campus Performance Choir: A Historic Video Performance!
The Year 5/6 students in the Junior Campus Performance Choir have been working exceptionally hard to create a video performance that will be remembered for years to come. Over the past few weeks, they’ve been coming together before school to rehearse and fine-tune their performance, making this an effort that goes above and beyond the usual lunch-time rehearsals. Despite the challenges of cross-campus coordination, these students and their families have shown their dedication in making this project work! Their commitment culminated in the creation of their first-ever video performance, marking a historic moment for the choir in their very first year of creation. To celebrate this achievement, the group was treated to delicious cupcakes, thoughtfully made just for them – a sweet reward for their efforts.The video will be played at the Recognition of Achievement Assembly, Thursday November 27!
